Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dripping Springs - Austin Area, an IHG Hotel

I went to two other hotels closer to the city and one was a 4 star and the other was a 3 star BOTH were gross in terms of air quality and cleanliness. THIS hotel was simple but exactly what I was looking for. no smells in the lobby or room (im sensitive to perfume type things) spacious, clean, everything seems new still, beds were comfortable, had updated lighting with usb and plugs, lots of lighting in room if you choose, nice big tv, good size bathroom, supplies shampoo and conditioner and they are quality products (even the 4-star didn't do that). Staff at front desk was extremely nice (red hair) recommended a great coffee place. Overall this place took my stress level down a notch. Thank you.

We were there for a wedding. The room was clean and comfortable even though it wasn't serviced the two nights we were there. The breakfast was non- existence. They would run out of food rather quickly. There was no shade by the pool as it set by the parking lot under the blazing hot sun. The staff, especially the lady who was at the front desk during the day, had no personality and acted like she didn't want to be there. The breakfast cook expressed the same attitude. Loved Dripping Springs but would stay elsewhere next time.

What a great stay, our room was big, plenty of space, the breakfast was delicious, nice and hot, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruits and cereal! They have an on-site laundry we were able to use and the jacuzzi is so big and perfectly hot!

We were in Dripping Springs for a wedding and stayed at this hotel. Our experience was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large and lighting was good. The only minor problem we had was that shortly after check-in, someone else opened the room door after checking in too. They apologized and went back down where it was all corrected promptly. The hotel is in a central location, close to everything. The staff was all very nice and worked hard.
