Probably not, the lights they use are only turned on for a short time to keep molds from growing and ruining the walls of the cave. There are some outdoor cavern areas they might let you use, you would have to call the park office to find out
Yes it is. Our guide told us there are several weddings a year in there and after going through, it would absolutely be an amazing spot for a small gathering.
