No, but Third Beach is great!
No, I just went last week. The security guy at the road closure said that they may reopen mid July depending on Covid status. We did the trail at Third Beach and it was so cool. Got to walk on the beach and enjoy the sunset
I went a couple weeks ago and no. You can hike third beach though.
