I love this place. I hike here frequently. Multiple waterfalls in the first 2 miles of trail ending with Cascade Falls. A giant pine tree named Ferney less than a quarter mile further down the trail. I use the Pine Mountain trail to Beaver Pond trail to White Candle trail to Odie Overlook to loop back to the trailhead for a total of about 7.5 miles.

It's definitely a moderate trail so I wouldn't suggest bringing toddlers to hike. It is fun though.

I took the family to hike here on a whim. It's rated at moderate and if you haven't hiked in a while, that'll feel like an underestimation. But it's a blast. We hiked about 4.2 miles (round trip). There's plenty to see and the trail is unique and challenging with several fun crossings over water. The falls are pretty and it felt like the trip was worth it.

Beautiful and slightly difficult hike! Loved all the waterfalls, and unique hiking areas. It tired our puppy out and we had to carry him back for the last 1/4 of the hike!

It's a longer hike, but there may be alternate parking at nearby Rocky Point along Hwy 190. Go across the road from there and it's approximately three trail miles to Cascade Falls.
