Trail is uphill and tricky but falls are only half mile uphill and 25 feet tall. Nice short scenic hike. Park at ski area base lodge. Just go uphill to the immediate left of the Olympic training center to find the trail head sign on a utility pole.

Unfortunately no you have to cross a skiing corridor to get to the trail and the trail is very hilly and a little wet but once your pass the first few hundred feet it's pretty leveled and the water fall is only .5 miles in its super short and easy if your fine with slippy wet rocks for a little bit it's pretty amazing how close the water fall is.
