Beautiful spot but be careful of poison ivy. It was growing all over between the rocks. Keep an eye if you plan to walk barefoot or sit on any of the rocks.

The trail down to see the falls is easily walkable in winter still.
It was open and no restrictions when I went about 2 weeks ago.
