Owners were so communicative and quick to responds. The cabin was perfect. I think I great value for what you get. Close to so many great Adirondack places and very easy to get to.

Stayed in the Balsam chalet. It was immaculately clean, the beds and bedding were beyond comfortable! The fireplace was very well set up and a wonderful addition to our stay, because it was a chilly weekend! Customer service was outstanding! It was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Highly recommend!

I booked my reservation, got a reservation number. But how do I check in! No one answers the phone and the restaurant is closed. Please help

They leave the cabin key in the cabin. They are unlocked

This place sucks we waited 1 hour and a half for our dinner when it came out it either wasnt good or not right some of it was cold and/or raw this place is not reccomended

Did hear this place very recently has new owners... and knowing the Adk's and time of year... may very well be struggling with enough staff???
