I spent probably about an hour shopping for groceries in order to redeem a target circle offer for spend $50 in groceries, get a $10 gift card. Upon getting to the register, the cashier rang up my groceries and scanned my barcode. She then proceeded to tell me that, because it took 15% off, the amount dropped and therefore I did not have $50 worth of groceries. I told her that I had spent $50 in groceries and wanted my gift card. She called her coworker over and her coworker was, not only unfriendly, but also rude and proceeded to argue with me just like the cashier did. I finally got my gift card, but I will never shop for groceries in target again. Not only did they not have very much to choose from, and are expensive, they don’t follow through with their target Circle offers that they advertise.

Twas my first time ever entering this particular Target. Was on a mission to find a dishwasher rack. Tried navigating to the best of my ability through every section of the store but was dumbfounded by the layout and became lost. I thought to myself, "how can this be? I've shopped at Targets before, I know my way". This was thinking like a fool. My mission would be a failure. Just when I thought all hope was lost, like a beacon of light, Lourdes appeared and helped show me the way. Had it not been for her generosity, I may have gone home and had nowhere to place my newly washed dishes upon. For your service and kindness, I thank you.

I had excellent customer service today with Shaniqua and Caitlyn. They were pleasant, had a great attitude and seemed happy to help me. I feel they met and exceeded my expectations with their customer service. They were a huge help and I wish all my experiences with customer service were this easy. Thank you
