No, but it's probably smart to call them to see how busy they are..
It has reopened. I was there on the 26th of May. The barbers had masks on, but the waiting area had a number of customers. As far as I could tell, there was no limit on the number of customers allowed in. Only I and one other customer were a mask while I was there. Tim said they are not taking appointments.
