The last time I was in I was not pleased for many reasons...no need to look back. I was granted a gift card that I thought of giving away as a gift, using for a neccesary product, etc. I was out with a friend who 'wanted' to go there. I was going to wait in the car when I immediately remembered this gift card n saw my opportunity to get it out of my already heavy 'cards' wallet! I was shocked at the sales. I had been wanting a new specifics pan...I was pleasantly surprised to an exact fit for the exact amt. of the.card! The funny part is I had put it in another place. I went back to the store three more times after that to suck up the sales. One of my favorite stores n I now have a fave pan. Now, the personality of all the associates get top billing except a gent who was extremely nice was negative toward my 71 yr. old advances so I cannot recommend him except on his morality...lol. The store and items used for ease of shopping were extremely clean. The only negative were difficulty in maneuver ing a wheelchair through the crowded clothing racks. Not a generalized complaint. Sales need to be moved. I get it. Extremely nice shopping experience!!!

This is May 2022 and there are few employees in the scarce department stores left. Prices are still up compared to minimum wage of the skeleton crew working. Who wants to celebrate the $0 .75 for signing each new credit card. Kohl's CEO makes $13 Million. I don't know who responds to these posts but they are not doing anything to help this gross injustice to anyone trying to pay the lowest rent.

Ordered online. Not available in the York store so had to drive to the Hanover store. Very nice customer service rep. Was in and out in a couple of minutes. My item was ready and waiting and I didn't have any issues whatsoever.
