I wouldn't buy any baby item from Craigslist. You should buy from a reputable company or from a friend that you trust. Make sure you check to see if there's been any recall on the brand if you get a used one.
Look at Boba. The price range on average is between 80 and 160 usually. But you can also find a ton on Craigslist
