Is it normal for you guys to forget items on an order or is that only on days that end with a Y?

Try not take time to train employees and problems like I had today. Would not happen.I'm really upset this happens here alot.Guess it's back to McDonald's. At least if u order fresh that's what u get.

That's a fairly common occurrence in all fast food restaurants around here. I have only been able to get all of my food, correctly, 1 out of every 5 times. I always check my food bag before driving away now.
