My chicken sandwich was raw, not pink, but raw! The fryer was too hot and cooking just the breading. They didnt throw my chicken away for me, and only gave me a small 4-piece chicken nugget as an apology. I couldn't eat any of my meal.

Asked for more ranch and butter and was told to inform them while ordering. This was the new manager btw. There’s a way to say things in a nice respectful manner and a rude way. Next time I’ll drive to Fishersville Wendy’s where they are much nicer !

I know they don't pay y'all enough but Jesus, you guys are straight garbage. No one besides myself in the drive thru, dining room closed, and you had 15 minutes before I got there to prepare the small Grubhub order for pickup. Took another 15 minutes while I waited as the only customer. The single celled organism at the window drops the food on the ground and doesn't say a single word to me. After all of that, they don't even give me the fricking drinks. No wonder y'all keep your lights off when you're open. Absolute trash.

Pulled up at 7:30pm with an online order already placed. They took 25 minutes to get the 5 cars in front of us and then when we got to the order menu they said they would be with us in a second, they then waited until 8:01pm (they close at 8pm) and then came back on and said that their computers are now off. I told them we had an online order placed and already paid for so something must be off. Not only did they take our money without giving us food, the manager through the mic was yelling over the employee to tell us that the computers were off and it can’t charge us. I then pulled around to show them they were lying to us as we had been charged and after fighting with us over it the manager then asked someone to bring up the order, which was somehow now working and asked us if it had meat in the order, which it did, so they couldn’t make our food and the real reason was they wanted to leave early so they lied to customers and refused multiple away so they could wrap up early and go home. The worst experience we have ever had at a fast food place. These employees are creating a bad customer experience and literally do not care as they told us to call corporate which we definitely will be doing.

Try not take time to train employees and problems like I had today. Would not happen.I'm really upset this happens here alot.Guess it's back to McDonald's. At least if u order fresh that's what u get.

I had a similar situation where they said they dropped fresh fried and when I got home 7 minutes away they were terrible, along with my grilled chicken sandwich. But what made the difference is I went back the next day and the manager gave me an entire fresh meal.. THE NEXT DAY.. tall about service there.
