Be very careful and slow when entering their parking lot the entrance has settled terribly and it sounded like it tore the front of my car off. The food was OK the service was OK staff was probably tired , just like all over worked people.

I only put two stars because at least the food was hot and up to par with my expectations. I was originally trying to get dinner from the Waynesboro location but they were closed with no sign... I ordered from there to get carryout in Staunton which I had to wait for the food to be made for an extra 30 minutes after the app said the food would be ready. They need to get their act together. There was only three guests at the most there when I arrived too....

I ordered the 10pc meal. I did not receive the plates I requested. I also ordered Sierra mist and we received something. It wasn't Sierra mist..it wasn't coke...I guess this was the mystery drink we received. The lid on the large drink container was loose and leaked inside the bag. It doesn't take but a second to double check these things.

The service here is amazing, very friendly employees, the place is clean, and the food is fresh. I have not seen service like this in a very long time. Keep it up Staunton KFC! The drive from Waynesboro was worth it!

Things seem to be improving. They freshened food bar for me& my husband recently...even though it was close to closing time. Even gave me fresh biscuits. Most times the problems that are mentioned above is a chain reaction of owners not reinvesting profits into fixing things when needed. Then on top of that is the problem with not being able to find employees who really want to work. Add to that customers that can be total idiots...honey always gets the bees. Dont ask a worker for something in a arrogant " I am more important than you" attitude! We all are human beings. All trying to do the best we can with what we have been given. Keep improving KFC. Teamwork is a MUST. Thanks for my yummy hot fresh biscuits. Hint hint people... I asked politely...not attitude needed.
I agree. Every time I go in there they don't have what's on their printed menu. It's a horrible place. I think it's mismanaged dreadfully.
Yep..this is why we stopped going to this place...a far as the cleaning goes?.no excuse ....that's why you clean after the place close..
