I purchased a Beautyrest Mattress set in April 2022 and it began to "dip"" in less than 2 weeks. The salesman told me the store manager would make it right. NOT TRUE! She tells me because I did not purchase a mattress protector (which I knew nothing about ) from them nothing can be done! Schewels has NO integrity and uses policies the customer is unaware of to "rip" them off to force payment for something that is poor quality!
