Do they really have a 21 and up only policy? They advertise "kids t.v." and play area, but site says no children.

You can have children with you. It's not a 21 & up hotel. While I was there in November, there were plenty of children. Call the hotel directly and you will understand that 21 & up means that you have to be over 21 to reserve and pay for the room.
