The views of the ocean but even of the city are spectacular from here… Everyone was very nice and it is a fantastic location… We were there for a convention across the street and it was the perfect spot for the conference and also for beach walks.

The room that we got on the north tower was in need of repair. My family's expectations of a Hilton Hotel were not met to say the least for the high price we paid. The floor tile was broken and the closet door was off the railing. The common areas were very nice and the staff were friendly but the room itself was a shame especially the bathroom.
Yes. There are two pools and hot tubs. Very nice one on the 2nd floor, ocean side by the main pool and the baby pool. If you are in the North tower, There is another pool, another hot tub and Kids play area on the 5th floor. City view.

We are flying into Orlando the last week of February, what is the name or number for a shuttle service that will take us to Daytona beach. I don't want to get there and be stranded at the airport with my wife and kids

I was on the 16th floor... Not really a balcony (although I would've never stood out there) but just open the doors and look towards the ocean... Beautiful watching the 🌞
My did not. I would ask because they usually can send up a small one. I usually bring a cooler although I prefer a fridge when I travel. This was a short weekend.
None of this was posted on website until I booked the room for a week and then it magically popped up and no free wifi so that's not a great deal at all. We were ripped off.
Valet parking is $24 and self parking is $17. There is a public parking lot about a half mile away off of Auditorium Blvd that is self service and $12 bucks a day.
