Near empty hotel and staff put us in room 209 overlooking the dumpster. When we complained, staff said that is the room customer that book they Expedia (or other 3rd parties get). They were rude. Two other guests said they will never go back. Try Hard Rock next door

Won’t ever go back. Ontop of the room having mold and smelling like mildew, check in was a headache. We made a reservation over the phone before coming to the hotel and even with the confirmation code emailed to us, and having charged our card, they said they had to make a new reservation. We were there Friday - Saturday. It’s now Thursday and Holiday Inn charged our card three times for the stay. We spoke to the hotel and they won’t reimburse the overcharges and have “no record” of us being at this hotel. Having to dispute charges with our bank and file a police report. Not a good experience.

Positive: Very clean, beautifully kept hotel close to everything I wanted to do that weekend.Steps away from the Ocean.Nice pool area where you can also sit back and listen to music dj is playing..Just a nice all around vibe! Negative: Very limited parking..Many times I had to park across the street(wasn't too much of a big deal though..not much walking back to hotel).I also wish they offered free breakfast each Morning. They did sell food in dining area which was good.

This is a hotel I would revisit because of the location and price. Not that I believe that the price was good but compared to the other hotels in the area, they were ok. Older hotel that is refurbished with somewhat updated bathrooms and beds. The corridor was narrow and ceiling was low. Parking space were tight and limited but there are extra parking across the street. Breakfast - I was told that coffee was available at the bar all day for free ( I believe that was what I heard) so when we ordered break with coffee (since no one was at the bar) the cost was $3 a cup. Lunch were ordered a nacho with chicken and the chicken must have flown away because it never came with our nachos. The staff were courteous and tried to assist and quick to answer questions so I was still happy even without my chicken and free coffee. Definitely a thumbs up 👍🏽 and possibly return.

Parking was free when I stayed there last sunday. It was across the street. There are a few spaces where u ck in but very limited.
I don't think so. They charge no matter where during the season
I'm not sure, but I paid 5 dollars for parking per day. Other than that I don't remember extra fees.
No indoor pool at this location but there is another Holiday Inn about 4 miles south of this location that does have an indoor heated pool not sure about hot tub and game room( at least it says they do when you read about their Hotel)
Parking is across the street from the motel
Yes. Although Uber is cheaper, it is a lot sketchier than the hotel shuttle
