Kim the rude check in person had canceled my room. I booked with hotels.com, policy of hotels.com pay when you check in. Refuse to honor hotels. Com policy. Wanted to charge me $120 more. I asked for courtesy, gave me a room with partial view. I reserved oceanview. Her attitude and room were very disappointed. I guess nationally played a role in her rude behavior. I won’t recommend my dogs to stay there, pool was green. Awful experience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!! i’m going to be looking into legal options for a class action after this visit. there has been no breakfast available for months (see other reviews if you don’t believe me) and the pool has been green for months. the rooms have 2 flat sheets on top of the fitted one instead of a quilt or blanket. the rooms are DISGUSTING!!! the floors leave your feet and anything you put on the floor BLACK. you have to put the key card in the door 60 times before it lets you in your room. the TV is a 32inch. i got one towel, one wash cloth, and one hand towel for a 7 night stay booked for 4 people. roaches crawling all over the walls, the tub doesn’t drain when you take a shower, the fan in the bathroom is so noisy that i have to leave the light turned off so i can’t hear it. the owner is scamming me and everybody else who books their stay here. how is it legal to advertise amenities you KNOW haven’t been available for months?? this is advertised as a 3-star hotel when it is a 1-star hole in the wall motel. i wouldn’t stay here again if i was homeless and this was the last hotel with vacancy in the country.

Would not recommend. Feel like I got robbed. Did not even sleep in the room. No lie, bed bugs in our and my buddies rooms. Dirty!!! The bathroom so had hair all in it. Felt dirty even after taking a shower. White sheets had plenty of stains... yellow stains. Loud banging noises outside! A lot of drug users in the area. I was even offered drugs by random guy in car. Lady at the desk was not friendly. Don't recommend staying there. Would rate them 0 out of 5. Buy a tent.

Positive: convenient location. 2 star rating would have been for airplane noise & older building with no amenities. see below. Negative: entrance from the north & exit to south Uturn required. filthy stained mattress. Water running in the bathtub couldn't be turned off. 1 unused available outlet. 1 outlet for 4 items in dressing area. breakfast shut down due to covid. shoddy maintenance.
