Amazing experience! The staff was down to earth and had great customer service. From the front desk to the maintenance and cleaning staff that were throughout the building. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The hotel smelled clean and rooms were cleaned as well.

Wanted to make it known that the Assistant Manager (Alona Goodwin) at this location is an AMAZING asset to your brand. Given the current times with little to no help. I witnessed 1st hand her excellence in hospitality. She was friendly, well mannered, upbeat and did her best to see to it that my fellow guest had the very best stay. I noticed Alona working from 7:30am in the morning until almost midnight that night to see to it that i not only got my packages in the am that were delivered to the hotel, but to assure guests had clean rooms that were still trying to check in that evening. She herself was cleaning rooms while she had her employees working the front counter and attending to guests needs. That right there is a leader. A person that does the job that not everyone wants to and she stepped up and did it. At no time during my stay did I ever meet the manager. Not saying that was a bad thing, but when the hotel has serious staffing issues and the manger is no where around, it makes you wonder if that manager is taking advantage of a solid employee like Alona and the rest of the team at the hotel. Please note that this is my 1st ever review in 9 years and I travel many nights for business. I usually stay at either IHG and/or Marriot locations. If you can duplicate Alona's skill set in all your properties I would find it very hard not to stay any where else!

On 2/25/22 late night, We stayed for a quick overnight while passing through. The late night staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were clean and modern, very nice. However, upon checking out which is at 11am we were shocked that a man came knocking on our door at exactly 1101am. Not sure if he was a janitor or housekeeping either way, he was mumbling something through the door, I answered him that we’re just about ready to leave. He verbally answered back while he UNLOCKED THE DOOR trying to get in! Thank GOD we had the safety lock on our door because this man seemed desperate to get in and hollering that we needed to get out that it’s past 11am. He left once he realized that he couldn’t get in… what was he going to do if he had gotten in? While making our way downstairs to the reception desk at 1105 to check out, we exited the elevator, a man either janitor or housekeeping and I assumed it was the same man because he hollered outI believe this is 329 right here” and I hollered back that Yes It was! He surely didn’t have anything to say at that point. Don’t clap at me because I’m going to clap back. We’re checking out and I asked the manager at the reception desk if it was customary for anyone to unlock the hotel room door while guests are still in there and he answered yes, checkout is at 11am so we assume you have vacated. I answered okay but assuming or not the man heard us in the room and continued to try and enter then called us out at the elevator hollering this is 329! Is that customary? The manager said he would refer this incident to the GM but I doubt it. Always use your safety lock. Honestly, if it were anyone else besides us in that room, so much could have gone left. Beware of your surroundings at this establishment.

Im reading these negative reviews and after staying here myself for a short work trip recently, I don't know why anyone would have anything bad to say. The rooms are clean, breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and friendly, especially the owner. I have no complaints, i guess some people must feel the need to be jerks. You all were awesome, thanks for the extra coffee at 3 am 😊
