Where is City of rocks located?

use your GPS to go to Malta, Idaho. there are signs everywhere to get there from there

City of rocks is located in South East Idaho. About 3 hours east of Boise ID or about 2 from Salt lake City

It is probably the most out of the way NPS site I've ever visited. After visiting from the south, I looked at a map and decided that it would be much more direct from a northern approach. I'd certainly look at a map ahead of time and plan a better, quicker route.

Outside of Burley, lot of dirt road but still pretty countryside to look at.
