There are plenty places. But hard to park on the side the road
Yes there is a beach access, but I was there end of Jan. Wind was up, they were busy plowing sand off the road. It does say swim at own risk, no life guard as this is at the end of the peninsula.
Some of the beach access was closed due to the hurricane. The road to Fort Pickens appeared to have the sand plowed off at spots. We were there Jan 14th to give you a time frame
Yes, there is beach access. I suggest going in advance to scope things out first.
