Spent two nights here. Our site was flat and well maintained. The RV park was close to everything we wanted to do shop/restaurant wise. You have a nice bay side beach access directly from the park with good lounge furniture. The gulf side is just a short walk away. Staff was very friendly. Family was happy with our stay.

Excellent location! Office personnel, and property crew were all very nice, helpful and professional. We’ve stayed here twice now and will return. Easy walk to ocean beach, restaurants etc… resort is in excellent condition. Clean laundry room, bathrooms and grounds. Great place to bring your doggies!

Pensacola Beach RV Resort was wonderful! Our site was on the water and was breath taking. My husband and I with the fur babies spent Valentine's there and would do it again! Check in was a breeze and the folks that work there were so nice and helpful. The ground were very well kept and there are 2 dog walk areas onsite. We will definitely return!

Really nice rv park and they are very dog friendly. There is a beach walkway directly across the street and their beach on the sound is awesome. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance and a great bike trail. Their location is super convenient. There are only 3 washing machines for about 70 sites so it was hard getting laundry done as they were constantly in use. The bathrooms are nice with good shower pressure. Everyone who works there is super friendly too. Really enjoyed my stay and hope to go back.

Absolutely! Dogs are allowed everywhere on a leash except for our rentals.
There is a boat ramp only a couple miles away across the bridge in Gulf breeze it's a beautiful place to stay and they do have awesome waterfront sites.
I don't think so. I've seen big dogs and little dogs.
Should be..😉
Diane, We have 3 rentals at our Beach location. A Tiki Room that sleeps 2. The Tiki Suite which is a 2017 airstream that sleeps 6 and the Tiki Hut which is a 2018 Travel Trailer that sleeps 8.

Hi! Most of our sites are roughly 69 feet in length!
30 miles by land if you mean the Flora-Bama Club. If you swim, it should cut out going back to the mainland and shave about 10 miles.
No and they are booked a year out.
Not 55 and up and I would call them about the rates
The office is on stilts and is on the 2nd floor..they have an elevator to get up to the office and laundry atea..as far as the tiki hut beach area i dont believe it is wheelchair accessible..there is a mesh strip to walk on but everywhere else but the tiki area itself is all sand
Our prices are seasonal. We are currently in our winter season and rates start at $70 per night and go up to $100 a night depending on what site type you reserve.

Depending on when you want to go, the rates are all different. We just came back from there in October and we stayed 3 weeks we even rode out the Tropical Storm Gordon and it was the very first day we got there and all set up and then next day here he came. This is a nice and beautiful spot right in the middle of everything. You can walk or rent a Golf Cart for a week and ride around for $180 for the week plus tax and the place is right next to the RV park. We paid for all 3 weeks 2 weeks In September 1 week in October and it cost us 750 for all 3 weeks.
They do monthly have rates there, however, I don't know specifics of year round if that's what you're asking.
We have different pricing with different season's. A Winter rate, Shoulder rate and a summer rate, as well as different site locations. The most expensive is our premium sites which are on the water, deluxe sites are in the center of the park and the standard on the outskirts of the park. Give us a call for the rates, we will be happy to answer all your questions.
Sean, It is spring break out here on the island. Several venues have music that can be heard through out the island. If you are looking for quiet, Pensacola Beach is not the place for you, it is a spring break destination for all ages.
We did see several in the campground that were ones you could rent. Would need to contact Pensacola RV office for info I'm sure they could be helpful
,I would call them directly
Rates are posted on their website
