Sean, It is spring break out here on the island. Several venues have music that can be heard through out the island. If you are looking for quiet, Pensacola Beach is not the place for you, it is a spring break destination for all ages.
We are paying for a prime spot on the sound and the tiki hut is obstructing the view and the music is LOUD and it starts in the morning and ends at 10 pm.
I don't think it is any more or any less crowded or nosy than the hotels and condominiums. We have stayed there a couple of times and have enjoyed it immensely. We have never been bothered by anyone, been disturbed by any noise, etc. It's our go-to stop when we travel there now!
Crowds have lessend but stil abundant. Noise, yes. Surrounded by activity and Bars.
Might be spring break. I would check and see
