We visited in October/2016 and stayed at The Pensacola Beach RV Resort at 17 Via De Luna Drive in Pensacola Florida and we paid $975 for the month. The have pictures and prices on their website.
We stayed there for 2 weeks. Loved it, but I'm not sure about monthly rates.

I don't live there. But my uncle recently moved here and from what I understand they don't do monthly rates there, only weekly. Not sure if they change that during the off season.
