Stayed in unit 304 through southern resort vacations. there was construction going on over our head for 3 days out of 7. Sounded like a jackhammer. Contacted southern resorts property management every day so they could hear the noise. The queen bed had a huge dip in it and the box spring was broken. We arrived at 4 and the cleaning crew was still cleaning so we had to leave and come back. The southern resort guy was there and said they were not done cleaning. I called again after we left and kathey offered a $365 credit for the 3 days of noise out of $3600 we paid for the week. Called and asked to speak to a manager today and was told i had to go through a supervisor before mgr and they were busy with other matters and could call me back when they time. Ask for mgr email and was told that personal email couldnt be given out. This has been worst experience ive ever had with a property mgmt company and condo. WOuld not recommend either!!!!!!!!

Whatever you do, don't stay at Emerald Isle @ Pensacola Beach They have a horrific self-proclaimed "property manager" who is running off guests. We spent $10k on 2 condos this year for the week and Glenn Dorsey (aka "property manager") called the cops on another group that was playing music at the pool at 7pm... on July 5. Literally 7pm. And the music was not loud at all. The cops were annoyed, said the self proclaimed property manager lied in his call, saying he had asked people to turn their music down and someone got aggressive. I wasn't part of the music situation but this guy is ridiculous and clearly on a power trip. The cops said the posted Emerald Isle rules are 11pm, and the noise ordinance for the city is 10pm. And they told him they couldn't make anyone turn down their music, but Glenn Dorsey still whined. This ruined our evening. We come here every year and have already reported this incident to Southern Vacation Rentals and Premiere (who say they have never heard of him) and will be moving our annual vacation to another location next year. Several other families felt the same way; it was terrible. This is annoying to cops, guests, and you will absolutely waste your money if you stay here. Highly recommend spending elsewhere. Do not stay here if you want a nice vacation.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The condo is very old. The common area, elevators, even luggage racks could be updated to look nicer. When we walked into our room it smelled odd. I thought it would air out some during our stay, but it did not. Fixtures are loose, the spare bed is awful, even the balcony furniture was gross. I didn’t feel like it was clean enough throughout. On our first full day there, the water was shut off from 9am to 4 pm. The pool area needs some updating too. Old chairs, umbrellas, and tables. The pictures on the site are deceiving. The only good thing about it is walk to the beach. This was my first time at Pensacola beach. When I come back I’ll be staying at Margaritaville or Holiday Inn. Looks like you can stay there for the same price, but obviously much nicer/newer accommodations.

Stunning views! Loved the set-up beach chairs and umbrella that came with the room. Great area, friendly people, great restaurants and everywhere is kid friendly. Only complaint was the hard bed and pillows. Otherwise it was perfection.

Yes plenty of places to walk to for shopping and for food. The best part is there are no restaurants like McDonald's or burger king in that area. The restaurants are awesome and the pizza place about a half mile from there is the best. Peg Leg Petes is about a 2 mile drive but has awesome food
