My husband didn't realize when he bought his shirt it was falling apart already he hasn't even wore it when we got back home in iowa he was going to put it on and found some of the shirt designs was coming off. Anyway to get a exchange? Via mail?

Super friendly staff. We brought our service in training dog inside and they were very patient as he hasn’t been fully desensitized yet. The staff was helpful with finding certain items, sizes, giving recommendations, and more. We felt like family here! Definitely stop by. *Pics attached: we bought our dogs t-shirts from here. Size 2T fit our 18-20lb dogs perfectly. Great prices.

Somewhat. There is a back door that can be accessed by a ramp, but the main entrance is stairs only as is the second level. Try it's sister store, tropical waves for a single levelled store

Disappointed in Alvins Island. Employees do not wear masks. They have markings on the floor to stay 6 feet apart. Can't do that if you are trying to pay. I won't be back.

Maybe they should state that somewhere. There was 5 or 6 people including myself standing there at 9:50 and the doors were locked. I drove 40 mins bc online says 11.
The shirts available rotate regularly, they do not accept paypal, and they do not ship anything.
The sweatshirts are mostly unisex.
