I got my second dose of Covid shot here today. I have never seen a cleaner, more organized, more friendly health care provider in the entire LA region. Congrats to the staff and their leadership.

I'd avoid this place at all costs. Went in for one issue, and came out with a heart monitor thinking I was having heart related issues... that I now I have to pay $250 for because this place lied about it being covered. My original issue I went in for was hardly addressed, they said they were sending me information via USPS on how to set up an abdominal ultrasound and I STILL haven't received that. Luckily I found another provider to see and I've already been diagnosed for my abdominal issues (gallbladder related). The providers here don't listen, and rush you in and out. I've been called multiple times about my heart monitor results, despite already getting them from the doctor. I've been called multiple times about a heart ultrasound, despite telling them I've already found another provider. I've also been waiting 14 days for my medical records to arrive. Advice to providers: LISTEN to your patients. And if something happens where you can't address the original concern, explain to them what is happening so that they don't have more anxiety than they did coming in and don't leave feeling like nothing was done. Editing to add from 12/17; turns out PMI did not submit my request of medical records that I submitted on 10/27 until 12/10. Additionally, I’m being charged to receive these records because they don’t do electronic ones. This place is a joke.

The worst been on hold for over 25 minutes. The annoying voice with trivia answers said your wait time is 5 minutes. Kept coming back and putting me on hold for another 5 minutes and another 5 minutes. with NO ANSWER! PLEASE PLEASE GO BACK TO A PERSON ANSWERING THE.PHONES. I need a question answered before I get lab work done. With NO ANSWER!!!

I would contact the medical group for a list of their audiologists. Or consider contacting my insurance provider for a list as well. Hope this is of some help! :)
