Do not get your COVID shot or booster here. If you show up at your appointment time, they will still make you wait 2 hours. For us, that was at 6pm. We had to wait outside for over 1 hour in a line that wrapped around the parking lot. Once we got inside, it was still another hour. The staff is kind and wonderful. But they just didn't have enough people or resources to handle the overbooking situation created by the administration. There were elderly people waiting in the cold. Waiting for hours. That isn't ok. To the administration of St. Johns... do better. Overbooking like this does nobody any good.

Been working here for the past month and a half administrating the Covid-19 vaccine ((PFIZER BTW)) and I have to say their process of how they run the clinic for them few hours ((Monday-Friday 4:30pm-7:00pm)) IT IS THE MOST AMAZING SUPER FAST PROCESS I have ever worked in my 15yrs of experience in the medical field. The staff is amazing so I had to make sure I leave my opinion and let everybody know.

Courteous and professional staff. I was treated with respect and the doctor was very informative. All the assistants were kind and efficient. I brought a book to read in case the appointment took time. Very clean facility. Whoever complains about this place is a selfish idiot.

If I could give 0 stars I would, because the office deserves it. One of the worst clinics in L.A. I called yesterday asking if I could do a walk-in because my son had a ear ache . I was told by the receptionist 3pm was too late because they close at 5pm and dont accept any more patients. So I was told I had to wait until the following day to take my son who had a bad ear ache???? I was so upset I called to change my sons primary doctor and was able to take him that same day to his new doctor. He had a severe ear infection and was able to start his medication that same day. Will never come back to this so call clinic.
