Hoping that your church family at Los Angeles Central City Church would like to get involved with Spectrum Cable, AT&T U-Verse, Sling TV, DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, etc. by writing or calling them and to request 3ABN and Hope Channel networks to be on their services? Please pray for this endeavor to reach out and win souls for Jesus? People who live in the Los Angeles area who have either Apple TV (4th generation and onward), Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Android TV, Apple and Android devices can get the following apps... 3ABN+, Hope Channel, Amazing Facts TV, It Is Written TV, Maranatha, etc.

Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5): This SDA church has a very nice congregation with people that are genuinely excited to see you. Though it was slightly empty in numbers the congregation was lively and welcoming. It's definitely geared toward an older crowd as the song selection indicates. Welcomeness: When I entered the church I was welcomed by greeters. The congregation was very welcoming. Environment/ The Building: It was an older church with many wooden beams, platforms, and pews. All were matching as the older wooden pews matched the building style and decor. The congregation filled 25% of the pews. The colorful stained glass windows that displayed one picture of Jesus on his thrown and another of Him in the clouds allowed a great amount of natural light in the church. It had a good sound system. ATMOSPHERE in church / The FEEL: It was a warm day and the warmth was felt in the sanctuary as there were fans, but no air condition. The fairly empty church gave a small congregation feel, however, the congregation was lively, energetic, and welcoming. Time of Service: 11:00-12:20 WORSHIP MUSIC: - category: gospel / hymns - instrumentation type: organ & piano - quality: good - crowd engagement: high - duration: 5 songs dispersed throughout service SERMON: There was a guest speaker who presented on this Sabbath. He was an SDA doctor who preached on the laws of health, giving a very detailed lecture on the church's emphasis on living healthy. It was very refreshing to hear the benefits and the explanation of Seventh-day Adventist views on health. SERVICE: The service was definitely geared toward an older crowd as it the music and the flow of the service was more traditional. The guest speaker did provide helpful insight. DEMOGRAPHICS: - ages: majority +60 YRS OLD, some families with elementary age children, some young professionals - family oriented: somewhat - attendance: 40-50 - diversity: majority African American - dress / attire: business dress / business-casual POTLUCK: no
