This is my local goodwill I go here all the time with the same big reusable bag as to not need the plastic ones. Recently an employee tried to accuse me of stealing and said they had a bag policy that I have never been told about the past couple hundred times I’ve been there and he was just plain rude. There are no mirrors?!?!? I, along with other customers have to use a mirror that is for sale to see what we look like with the clothes How are you going to be a clothing store with no mirrors Lastly, the prices are getting too high

I must say Since the last time I was there it has gotten much MUCH better, as far as the customer service that they provide, the employees that are working on the floor when you need help they gladly do it and the employees at the register as well even though they have a mask on you can tell thay they greet you with a smile to help with the check out process. I will definitely keep coming back to this location and taking my elderly recipients to shop here because they feel welcomed at this store. Oh I almost forgot to say the store looks great or it's coming along great with the changes they've made I love how they've moved the registers to the side of the store, I'm sure it's going to look much better when they're done with the upgrades, GREAT JOB GOODWILL, EMPLOYEES & MANAGERS🤗👍🏻👌🏻

My favorite Goodwill! Started coming here maybe 5 years ago and recently it’s gotten cleaner and better organized. There’s less items on the store shelves which is great because I don’t have to dig through stuff even though I kind of liked digging through stuff and finding something unexpectedly awesome.
