There is no mirror… How the heck do you run a clothing store with no mirror? Also, due to covid, they don’t allow you to try clothes on (which is perfectly reasonable). The issue is their return policy makes no sense under this rule. You can still return clothes, but only as an exchange. No refunds. So just to clarify, they offer no way for you to see how the clothes fit or look on you because they literally don’t have mirrors, yet, you also have no way to get a refund if you buy it and look it ends up not fitting. Also, the store seems to have higher average prices than other Goodwill locations. I recommend visiting a different Goodwill and save your time/gas/energy.

The fitting rooms are closed and we are not quarantined anymore. I tried on a coat and the manager David approached me telling me I can't try stuff on. Then embarrasses me even more and immediately announces it over the radio to the store. The worst experience at a goodwill. I donate to goodwill all the time and spend my hard earned money. David was very cynical and condescending when I asked when the fitting rooms will be back opened and why they were still closed. I told him if I go to a mall I can try things on in the store. His reply was I'm sure you can...I don't understand why he took this personally. I wasn't rude and I don't even know him. He doesn't need to work in customer service if he doesn't have the right attitude. All in all I don't know if I'd go back, maybe I will but if I see him I'll go the other way. And GOODWILL you can't use the pandemic as an excuse anymore yo not have the fitting rooms open. I'll be reporting this to LA COUNTY

Decent selection but other Goodwill locations have higher quality items. The one on Crenshaw and the one in Santa Monica, for example.

The donation door closes at 7pm, if you want a receipt. If no receipt is necessary, dropouts can still be left by the donation door once the door is closed and will be processed the following day. If the gate is open you may drop off after 7. Doing week days gate closes at 9. On weekends at 10pm.
Yes. The clothes are for sure, the toys are more hit and miss. Cuz everything comes from neighborhood donations. But don't forget to check the sports equipment area and the books/ media.
Quite good. Especially when waiting in line to buy items. When browsing, you have to be responsible for yourself as some people just don't keep distanced as they get distracted shopping. Some just don't care. I'm very pro active with CV19 PROTOCOLS.
No they aren't
They accept most items found in your home or garage with a few exceptions; weapons, hazardous materials such as opened paint or cleaning products, and certain electronics-- check with your local donation center or store on their policies (CRT tube TV's, computer monitors & e-waste). If you itemize your taxes be sure top ask for a receipt!!
Sometimes they have them you have to go look yourself.
