This courthouse is full Of corrupt men. The DA, the judges, the commissioner, the idiotic mediators. This courthouse will always give the children to the abusers. They are not educated and unfit to run this courthouse. It is a disgrace that nothing is ever done in the desert to hold these terrible men in power accountable.

It greatly depends on the value of the property left behind. If its is valued at over $400 it would be placed in storage and charged a storage fee for every month until the outstanding balance owed is paid on both the unit and storage. If the value is under $400 then they can dispose of it and charge you a fee for doing so however they must provide you with receipts if you request them. If you are charged for storage fees then you will need to pay those as well as anything else you owe. They are only required to hold your belongings in storage for 31 days from the date of removal.

A very broad question. Take for example a family court order for custody that gives certain exchange times, and one of the parents violates that order. Doing so is technically a misdemeanor, and the parent in violation to be charged. But the reality is if every parent in SBC who violated a custody order was charged with the crime, then the criminal courts would be so clogged with those cases and it could never put away the murderers, bank robbers, etc. So it really becomes a budgetary question and law enforcement officials having to make a decision about priority allocation of government resources. You might respond, well the police should just go into the other parent's house and take the kid, but that is highly traumatic for kids so they dont. Moreover there is a alternative remedy in going back to the Family Law Court and asking for a change of custody based on the other parent's violation of the family Court's prior order. Or you could file a contempt action in the family law case.

I believe you can get that information from any clerk in a San Bernardino county courthouse. I would suggest going to the courthouse in the county where it was originally filed. In my case it was filed so long ago the Joshua tree courthouse had to send for it from San Bernardino

The court does not recognise power of attorney. You can get power of attorney paperwork at an office supply store or with an attorney or paralegal. Power of Attorney does have to be notarized and I know most banks offer that service. Hope this helps
