Hi my name is Candice Katz and I am posting a comment about Taylor and his review on Quail Springs Village Jjj the new manager is amazing she is exactly opposite of what he is saying what he is saying all Jennifer is trying to do is keep the poison out of this community she was doing her job by rejecting him I see Jennifer always picking up trash she always does her job and she really is a great manager it’s a shame that people will do that to Jennifer always make sure the property looks neat and clean and she tries to of the best of her ability is to keep the peace in the community thank you Jennifer for being a great landlord I just want to put that out there.

The new manager Jessica is not professional one bit likes to call all the tenants tweakers and low life’s she also likes telling tenants your business and instead of going off credit reports she goes off her say.. Won’t give you the chance unless you pay her money on the side she told us if we give her a few hundred dollars we can be first in line for the next available apt. Don’t move there she’s a slum lord. She won’t give you the number to the owners either! Also heard her call one of the tenants a n***** when she left the office under her breath.

Horrible place to rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Slumlord management company took over. Took a year to fix a hole in my ceiling. Pool and Jacuzzi have been broken for over 8 months. Don’t do it.
