Yes they are! To leave the resort on a golf cart, it must however be registered and street legal!
Yes golf carts are allowed. For the price everything should be allowed! the beach area could be cared for better there's glass bulbs broken and the dog run some of the people don't pick up and it doesn't look like the staff does anything about keeping that up either. It is a great location right on the edge of Pensacola but we were a little disappointed in the amenities considering that even off season you'll pay $70 to $100 a night
