Amazing!! Extremely friendly staff (some of the nicest NPS employees I've ever met), and very high quality displays. Loads to learn, and everything has both braille AND audio descriptions too. This is a must see for EVERYONE, regardless of seeing ability

Awesome place of history! I definitely recommend it. If you get there early enough on certain days you’ll see the Blue Angles practice.... They recognize Military /Vets too. Wish is very appreciative. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Real cool stop. We drove from Destin so it was a bit of a stop. Enjoyed touring the Fort and grounds. We got in free with national park service membership.

Small but helpful visitor center that covers not only some of the history of Fort Pickens but also the Santa Rosa National Park. Exhibits include information on coastal erosion and hurricanes, wildlife, cultural tends over time and some great videos of the fort including a 15 minute recorded Ranger tour. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
