You can get it at the entrance or buy online on the website of the place. It has no restaurant, only water that you can buy at the entrance. It is recommended to bring umbrella and sun protection.

There's a nice gift shop with some drinks and snacks however no restaurant. We bought our tickets on site, having driven there ourselves and not part of a bus tour. They will assign you to a group. Very informative and worthwhile. Be prepared to walk.
