I'm not sure I would say after thanksgiving

Arboretum is open every day but Christmas. The festive lights are turned on the day after Thanksgiving every year ; this is the first day of the Luminary Walk.

The last time to see the lights is Dec. 8-9 5pm to 9pm. Hope this helps.
