25 dollars photo permit what a jip joint

I thought the fee was for professional photographers that set up their lights and screens and blocked the rest of us from walking through there. They sign a set of rules so they stay out of the beds not trample the flowers.

25.00 is worth the price for taking pictures of family , friends etc . For beautiful back grounds

It's a piece of nature that deserves to be protected in a country that is showing less and less interest in protecting. $25 isn't bad.

Guess what? it's an arboritum, not a photo studio. I can imagine 80% of the people that take picture have never walked the trails. Random photo ops are annoying to people that really love this place.
