Unfortunately we do not have horse riding stables at our park, Lake Catherine State Park to the south does have a horse stables but I'm not sure if they are currently operational under the current health emergency. ? On the other hand if you're asking if you can ride horses through the park..(You bring them) the answer is "no" not really. The park is surrounded by Ouachita national forest and we have had people ride horses in the national forest and occasionally come through the park temporarily just passing through.
I did not see that option at lake ouachita, however, at lake Catherine there are horse rides available
We did not see horses while we were there.
