Unfortunately all of the hot Springs are part of the National Park Service and are protected. You can enjoy them by looking at them but not actually get in. You are permitted to put your hand or finger and just to see how hot it was but be careful.
No but a great park to stay at.
We just went camping about a week or two ago and they do not have hot natural springs to the best of my knowledge. They have two main hiking trails, an amphitheater, the enormous lake, and abunch of campsites and a few cabins.
