Cliff diving is not safe, as a Park Ranger I get asked this question a lot, it is my job to keep you safe, so I am not going to direct you toward any dangerous activities. With that being said the lake is clean and beautiful and you're welcome to come enjoy it.
Sorry, I'm not sure about the cliff diving. Yes they do rent kayaks/pedal boats and boats but we did not rent any.
