The tramway itself has very little walking... need to be able to ride a skilift type of transportation to the top of the hill. At the top there is a lookout and small cafe... again with little walking. Then you ride down the chutes (like a luge) to the bottom. Awesome location!! We were there in July 1st week and weather was gorgeous ... mid to high 70s and low 80s during the day... but bring a jacket as evenings cool off quickly.
Minimal walking for the tram ride. Longest walk would be from where you park your car. Depending on how crowded it is probably equivalent of a few city blocks.
