I would like to ask about visiting Yosemite National Park in November - Can we drive through the park ie. will the roads be open and cleared? Is it possible tyre chains are required? Can one still do hikes eg El Capitain and Half Dome? With thank

Depends on the weather. Definitely take along chains. Hikes you mentioned are summer activities. Contact the ranger station or visitors center for more info.
