The deposit (one day) is lost if you cancel. They are pretty flexible about moving the dates if you need too.

Hi Amanda, Cancellations or changes in reservations must be received 7 days prior to reservation arrival date to assure refund of deposit. Refunds on cancellations made less that 7 days in advance will be forfeited.
