There is a sign with the height requirements, but I can't remember if it is 36" or 42". I think as long as an adult is going with the child they will allow it. I think the height requirement is for children on their own.
My 5 year old was able to go on all the slides alone, adults can go with if they are too small. I dont remember seeing a sign with height requirements...
