Not my favorite place to stay in Dubuque, but the rooms are clean and roomy. The bathroom door is weirdly right on top of the entrance to the room…so I get anxiety every time I have to walk around the bathroom door to get into the bathroom… The elevators are limited, slow and cramped; so if it’s a busy weekend at the water park, be prepared to wait for a while. The breakfast is ample, but of a mediocre quality that will leave you unimpressed. Staff is always friendly though and it’s overall a comfortable enough experience.

Rooms was not up to part. Dirty sheets and tub was not cleaned. No hot water. Rooms definitely too hot. Water park great for kids. Breakfast was the best part. I would say from rooms and water park, that the staff are lazy but them two breakfast peoples are amazing. Especially the young lady. She’s a hard worker and is dedicated to her job. I don’t know how one person can keep the breakfast area cleaned and stock how she was doing. If I was you guys, I’ll put her in housekeeping. If she can maintain over a hundred peoples. I know she will clean the hell out of some room. I don’t know her name but kudos to you girlfriend!

Rooms need to be cleaned better. Bed looked like someone already laid there. But I can honestly say, my kids enjoyed the water park and as a family, we all loved the breakfast area. So many peoples but you wouldn’t be able to tell because how the young lady kept the place so clean and stocked. I’m so impressed by her. Can someone please tell me the two young man and the young lady name & number in the breakfast area upstairs on the 2nd floor?? Hard workers like them are hard to find. Nobody want to work now and days. I have a great opportunity for them.

Had a wonderful weekend here. The Waterpark was perfect for our children. The hotel itself was satisfactory. The breakfast was above and beyond what we expected. The kids spent a small fortune at the arcade. And the staff really treated us well. Highly recommended.

They have different rates better to call
Not sure on that but a quick phone call would probably get you the answer you are looking for!
No
There is no height requirement that i saw. I saw little kids go down all the slides. The one slide you have to have a tube and the other two there is no entrance to the pool from them. They are fun. The purple slide is fast.

Oh yes, definitely! GREAT RESORT... my grandchildren and I had lots of fun and things to do there.
They have a Tony Romo's restaurant and they serve a very basic buffet breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereal, pancakes
It does NOT include the waterpark passes if you book online. You have to call and book to include waterpark passes.
8am to 10pm. You can use the water park 2 hours before check in and 2 hours after check out however.
There is a sign with the height requirements, but I can't remember if it is 36" or 42". I think as long as an adult is going with the child they will allow it. I think the height requirement is for children on their own.
We stayed 2 nights and it was $358 total with 4 passes to water park. That was a king bed and pull-out couch room.
Yeah
I want to say 6', in the pool near the tube water slide.
Yes, you can visit the waterpark without staying in the hotel. Yoyncan purchase admission wristbands in the Arcade when you arrive. The wristbands are good for the entire day of purchase.
It depends on the month. On the website, they have a rates calendar pdf that has it broken down by day.
A call is better than email.Depending who/how you booked(Travelocity,Priceline, etc.)sometimes you can cancel less than 24 hr. without penalty.
