Really good panera always gets my order correct and makes the food correctly. If you want the spinach and artichoke souffle than you have to go when they first open they sell out fast they are really popular with the elderly community.

I hate that you can’t do curbside pickup anymore

Today I had the worst experience. I ordered rapid pick up. Time for pick up was 10:22. I arrived at 10:30. At 10:50 I politely asked if my order was still in process. She said yes we are busy, I said I understand, it's okay you can cancel. She said no, I'll get yours right now. I said thank you. I leave at 11:05. I drive to my scheduled destination. I open the bag. I have my half turkey blt (more like a qtr) my small Mac and cheese. No where to be found is my crunch bagel!! 😫 now I'm frustrated. I tried calling twice, they just let it ring then hang up. Now what? Guess I'm out a bagel and 30 minutes late to work.
