Phil's Hardware is a well stocked store. I tried to call the store and asked about a part we were needing. We live about 10 miles out of town. The person answering the phone put someone else on the phone to help me. That person didn't know if they carried what I was asking about and seemed to busy to look. We made the trip into town and found most of the items we needed. We were helped at the store by a friendly young man. I won't call again but we will go to the store for parts.

Everyone that works here got off the short bus...trying to talk to anyone was like ramming your head into a wall...no one knows anything about the products...the store is so disorganized that a tornado would probably make it easier to find stuff...just the most ridiculous Ace Hardware Store.

The good: The staff is knowledgeable and professional, they get 6 stars! The bad: The prices are obscene! You could literally buy something here, drive to any other ace hardware, return said item and make a profit.
