So the campground is a good price and has potential. There was trash all over, which is sad. Mostly locals staying here with the weekend party scene and quite during the week. The showers were not very good. Park was nice. One bar of Verizon. Wifi can be accessed from some of the camp. There is a spot on the river the kids all swim in. Sites are a little close together. People here are nice though, including the host. $5 for 12 pieces of wood. They have a dump station. Water and electric at each site. A few steep hills to get to the entrance of the park, either way.

I loved camping there in the past. However, drove thru the campground today & was devastated to see all the trees along the stream have been cut down! Made my blood boil! Ruins the whole look of the place & destroys alot of wildlife habitat! When I asked why at the nature center, they explained it was to improve the flood plain & get rid of invasive species & control erosion. I don't accept that explanation, because that would mean trees would be cut down along all streams & rivers! I will never camp in that campground again or recommend it for anyone!

Great place to camp! They have fire wood available on site! It’s a great price for tent camping🏕. Beautiful stream and hiking areas near by.

Nice area. Has a frisbee golf course. Nice area to walk around. Great for kids, safe.
